Torrefazione King wurde 1993 in Castagneto Carducci geboren und ist die Geschichte einer toskanischen Familie, die es mit Leidenschaft, Herz und Verstand geschafft hat, die Tradition beizubehalten und KAFFEE von Hand zu verarbeiten: vom Rösten über die Zubereitung der Mischungen bis hin zur Verpackung.
Alles „handgemacht“, denn „Handwerker zu sein bedeutet, in direktem Kontakt mit dem Kaffee zu arbeiten und dabei die fünf Sinne zu nutzen, die zuverlässiger sind als jedes technische Werkzeug.“

La Torrefazione King nasce a Castagneto Carducci nel 1993 ed è la storia di una famiglia Toscana, che con passione, cuore e intelletto è riuscita a mantenere intatta la tradizione e a lavorare il CAFFE’ artigianalmente: dalla torrefazione, alla preparazione delle miscele al confezionamento.Tutto “fatto a mano” perché “essere artigiani significa lavorare a diretto contatto con il caffè, utilizzando i cinque sensi che sono più affidabili di qualsiasi strumento tecnologico.

The “torrefazione king” began in Castagneto Carducci in 1993. it’s the story of a Tuscany family which was able to preserve the tradition with passion, heart and open mind. they work with coffee in a
handcrafted way from the roasting to the preparing of the different blends and to the packaging. it’s all “handmade” because “ to be artisan means working directly with coffee using the five senses which are more reliable of any tecnological instrument”.
