In den Augen eines aufmerksamen Beobachters präsentiert sich Cilento als ein Land, in dem Mythos, Geschichte und Natur verschmelzen. Seine Strände und sein herrliches Meer vermischen sich mit den grünen Hügeln. Und in diesem fabelhaften Land, direkt an der Grenze zwischen Meer und Hügeln, in einem kleinen Dorf im Landesinneren im Herzen des Cilento-Nationalparks, ist unser Unternehmen ansässig.
Mokabrasil ist seit Jahrzehnten in der Kaffeerösterei tätig, zunächst mit einem handwerklichen Labor, dann schrittweise mit technologisch fortschrittlicheren Maschinen weiterentwickelt, wobei stets die gewissenhafte und traditionelle italienische Röstung respektiert wird.
Was machen wir?
Vor allem stellen wir besondere Bar-Mischungen her, die sich durch ihren aromatischen Geschmack auszeichnen und das Ergebnis einer strengen Auswahl von Rohkaffee an der Quelle sind.

Il Cilento agli occhi di un attento osservatore si presenta come una terra in cui mito, storia e natura si confondono. Le sue spiagge ed il suo splendido mare si mescolano con il verde delle colline. Ed è in questa terra favolosa, proprio al confine tra mare e collina, in un paesino dell’entroterra del cuore del Parco Nazionale del Cilento, che si trova la nostra azienda. La Mokabrasil è presente da decenni nel settore della torrefazione del caffè, iniziando dapprima con un laboratorio artigianale, poi man mano evolvendosi con macchinari tecnologicamente più all’avanguardia pur sempre nel rispetto di una scrupolosa e tradizionale tostatura all’italiana.

Produciamo sopratutto particolari miscele Bar inconfondibili per il loro gusto aromatico, frutto di rigorose selezioni di caffè verde all’origine.

Above all, we produce particular Bar blends unmistakable for their aromatic taste, the result of rigorous selections of green coffee at source.
